All you need to know about the IOSS

For shipment to EUROPE:

According to EUR Customs Policy, B2C cargo will write IOSS number and VAT number, if the customs value less than EUR 150, otherwise will delay the clearance.

Now all shipments to EUR required:

1. If the packages selling to a company then will need a business license (B2B business)

2. If Consignee is personal, will require Consignee's ID or Passport number.

3.Before shipping out the packages, have to offer the IOSS number, Customs Value in the shipment label, and Invoice.

If Consignee cannot offer the document and doesn't want to pay VAT taxes, the packages will be returned or destroyed by Customs, and it might be an EXTRA cost, because of the Consignee's reason, cause that the package returned or destroyed by Customs. Then Consignee will need to cover the extra cost.
